We Create, Market & Build Your Digital Growth

The real value of the comprehensive Digital Footprint Report

What new and existing businesses gain, how a correct digital presence and measurement affect ad results, and what we never promise.

4questions the report answers
10benefits for a new business
19benefits for an existing business
5deliverables you can request
12promises we never make

1Why does your business need a digital footprint report?

Some businesses spend on ads without knowing why results do not come. Others have had websites and accounts for years without knowing how they really appear. New projects do not know where to start.

What is the report? It is not a list of errors, a website audit or an Instagram analysis. It is a study that connects your identity and the information published about you, customers and markets, search and map visibility, accounts and reputation, competitors, services, ads and tracking, customer experience, growth opportunities and priorities.

The four questions it answers

1. Where does my business stand now?

Your current digital state, backed by evidence.

2. What is holding me back?

From reaching more customers or making the most of current ones.

3. Which opportunities am I missing?

Areas where you could grow but are not.

4. What do I do first?

What to fix, build or improve first.

Method noteWe always separate what the data proves, what the analysis suggests, and what needs information from you.

2Benefits for a new business

A project at the founding or early stage that may not yet have a website, accounts, a Google profile, reviews or ad data.

Our ruleWe do not penalise a new business with negative scores because its digital assets are not built yet. The report becomes a foundation study of its needs, opportunities and launch path.

A suggested 90-day growth plan (Illustrative; adjusted to each project)

Days 1–30Identity, official data, website, core channels and tracking.
Days 31–60Content, service pages, ad tests and conversion data.
Days 61–90Review results, improve campaigns and expand with care.

1. Market study before spending

Demand, interest trends, search terms in Arabic and English, geography and seasonality.

Example: A home-cleaning company in Muscat: how do people search and which areas deserve study?Benefit: Decisions based on available evidence instead of guesswork.

2. Competitor study

Their services, websites, accounts, reputation and published offers.

Example: Most competitors offer standard cleaning and few offer post-construction cleaning. A lead worth checking: few competitors alone does not prove profitable demand.Benefit: Find ways to stand out and avoid blind imitation.

3. The right digital identity

Name in two languages, similar names, domain and handle availability, risk of confusion and consistency. Independent legal checks may still be needed.

Example: A name close to an existing company sends enquiries to it.Benefit: Less confusion before assets are built.

4. Platforms worth investing in

A restaurant: maps, Instagram, TikTok and delivery apps. A B2B engineering firm: a strong website, LinkedIn and documented projects. A shop: products and purchase tracking.

Benefit: Focus effort and budget instead of opening accounts without a strategy.

5. Building the website correctly

Core pages, separate service pages, two languages, mobile, speed, booking and purchase, links, indexing, structured data and trust signals.

Example: A company with five services: separate pages explain and rank better than one general page.Benefit: The right asset from day one instead of paying to reorganise later.

6. A correct presence on Google Maps

How to represent the business, branches, addresses, numbers and service area under Google’s rules, without assuming every business qualifies for a separate profile.

Benefit: Easier discovery and contact without conflicts.

7. Tracking before ads

What counts as an enquiry, a confirmed booking, a purchase? Do you need Meta Pixel, GA4, TikTok/Snap Pixel or Events API/CAPI? How do ads connect to sales?

Benefit: Useful data from the first campaign, not a gap found months later. One of the most important benefits for a new project.

8. A sensible first budget

No guarantees, but we test hypotheses: which service attracts more interest, which message brings better enquiries, which area, and does the website convert better than a platform form?

Benefit: Less randomness and measured results before scaling.

9. Extra benefits

Know what to build first and what to postpone, launch content and first audience, clear success indicators, fewer duplicate tools, unified official information, a structure ready for branches and new services, and a baseline for later comparison.

The bottom lineThe report does not only tell a new business what it lacks; it shows how to start, where and why, and what to measure to know you are on the right track.

3Benefits for an existing business

An existing business has information spread across years and platforms, and its owner does not always see what a customer sees when searching for it. It may pay for ads while outdated or conflicting information weakens the experience and wastes opportunities.

Contact details and identity

Old or wrong phone numbers

An old number still listed in a directory, post or outdated profile, so customers call and cannot reach you. We find it, where it appears and since when, compare it with your official numbers and suggest a fix.

Benefit: Fewer lost calls. A difference alone does not prove an error, so it is checked against official details.

Former employees’ numbers

A departed salesperson’s number still sits in posts, directories and PDFs. We find it, compare it with your official contact list and raise unconfirmed cases to you with a correction plan, without blaming anyone.

Benefit: Protects your commercial contact path.

Duplicate social accounts

Three Instagram accounts: an old one, one opened by a former agency, and the official one. We classify them as official, old, duplicate or unconfirmed, then you decide on updating, clarifying or handling them within your permissions and platform policy.

Accounts that may imitate you

A page using your name and logo with a different number. It may be old, an authorised reseller or another company. We accuse no one; we gather signals and raise them for verification.

Benefit: Know the risks to identity and trust.

Companies with similar names

Two companies with close names in two countries mix up reviews, branches and accounts. We classify entities so results are not credited to the wrong business.

Benefit: A more accurate view of the real company.

Branches, links and content

Closed branches still showing

The address and hours of a branch closed a year ago, so a customer arrives to find it shut.

Benefit: Identify branches to review and correct public data.

Inconsistent branch data

Branches missing on maps, one shared number, wrong location, reviews for another branch, old hours, or several listings for one branch.

Benefit: More reliable information.

Broken links and buttons

A WhatsApp button with the wrong number, booking to a deleted page, a dead Instagram link, an old menu, a quote button that misses the form, a service page returning 404.

Benefit: Find what blocks contact and action.

Website and platform conflicts

The website lists a service or hours that differ from Google or the social account.

Benefit: One log of conflicts and the official answer for each.

Services no longer offered, or not listed

An old service still published after you stopped offering it, and new services mentioned nowhere.

Benefit: Less confusion and new marketing opportunities.

Visibility, reputation and competitors

Weak search visibility

Do you appear by name and by service? Are pages indexable? Technical issues? How do competitors appear? Which terms deserve work? Weak or duplicate pages?

Weak local visibility

Strong in one city and weak in another, or visible in search but not on maps. Studied with geographic samples and a stated method.

Reputation and reviews

Count, dates, recurring topics, differences between branches, response to complaints and the gap with competitors, not just the star average.

Example: A 4.5 rating with repeated complaints about slow replies: the operational issue matters more than the average.

Weak social accounts

Many followers but irregular posting, unclear services, wrong links, missing contact details and views without relevant enquiries.

Benefit: Tell an account that exists from one that works.

Competitor analysis

Comparing services, how benefits are presented, ease of contact, content, search, local visibility, reputation, website experience and public ad information.

Benefit: Where you lead, where you need work, and where the openings are.

Inaccurate information in AI answers

Your name may appear with outdated information or be confused with a similar business. We test specific questions, record the text, date, model and sources, and compare with confirmed facts.

Example: We cannot guarantee that editing a website instantly corrects every answer.

Ads, priorities and follow-up

Ad and tracking problems

Are the right events recorded? Is an enquiry measured or just a click? Do conversions repeat? Is a campaign optimised for visits when the goal is sales? Do you know the cost of a qualified customer? Does the page match the offer?

Benefit: Reveals tracking gaps and ways to improve spend, within available data and access.

Setting priorities

A wrong main number: urgent. A broken booking button: high. An important page that cannot be indexed: by impact. An incomplete old post description: lower.

Benefit: Your time and budget go to the biggest problems first.

Measuring improvement later

We keep the first report’s results and dates so we can re-check: what was fixed, what disappeared, site experience, tracking accuracy, visibility, reputation, and the effect on enquiries and sales where data exists.

Benefit: From a one-off diagnosis to a baseline for progress.

4Ads and tracking: do correct settings matter?

Yes, for understanding results and making better decisions, without promising any specific outcome.

Where is the opportunity lost between ad and sale?

Every link can leak enquiries. The report checks and measures each one.

Just an ad, or a sound marketing system?

Business A: a page, an ad and a budget

  • Cannot tell exactly where enquiries come from
  • Cannot tell which ad brought the best customers
  • Cannot tell if the website or form works well
  • Some events may not be recorded
  • Cannot tell how many enquiries became sales
  • Cannot tell clicks from real requests

Business B: an organised system

  • Correct identity and information
  • Clear pages and services, working links
  • Ads with suitable goals and good landing pages
  • Suitable tracking tools and conversion events
  • Linked to sales or a CRM where possible
  • Reports that support improvement decisions
The differenceBusiness B has a better chance of understanding its results and improving decisions, but this does not guarantee better results in every campaign or budget.

What does “fixing the algorithm” really mean?

There is no setting called “fixing the Facebook, Instagram or Google algorithm” that guarantees reach; the algorithms belong to the platforms and change. But the inputs and signals their delivery and optimisation systems rely on can be improved:

  • A suitable campaign goal and ad content quality
  • Audience fit
  • Correct conversion data and site-event signals
  • Landing page quality, speed and easy contact
  • Measuring the value of qualified customers
  • Avoiding wrong or duplicate events
What we say, precisely“We review and improve the settings, data and tracking signals that help ad platforms understand business goals and optimise campaigns.” We do not say “we fix platform algorithms” or “we guarantee reach”.

Try the numbers: a 100-dollar ad

Illustrative figures only, not a forecast or an average. Baseline: 100 visits, 20 enquiries, 4 buyers, 20% conversion.

0%Conversion rate

Going from 20 to 30 enquiries (+50%) is possible mathematically, but it is not a guaranteed result. The gain may be smaller, larger, or absent.

Is a Pixel needed for every ad? No, it depends on the campaign

WhatsApp messages inside Meta

A campaign that leads to a chat without a website Pixel.

A form inside Facebook

Submissions are measured with the platform’s own tools, no website Pixel needed.

An online store

Tracking product views, add to cart and purchase matters, and Pixel plus Conversions API help when set up correctly.

A services website

Measuring a completed form or confirmed booking is more precise than counting visits.

The right question in the reportDoes the measurement method fit the campaign goal and the customer journey? Not simply: is a Pixel installed?

What do platform tools improve?

Meta

Pixel, Conversions API and event settings, depending on the campaign: recording site events, better conversion coverage, less duplication with correct deduplication, more accurate measurement and optimisation signals. Installing CAPI does not mean automatic improvement.

Google Ads, GA4 and GTM

Knowing traffic and conversion sources, measuring events, defining conversion actions, steering some bidding strategies and finding tracking errors. Paying for ads does not raise organic ranking.

TikTok

Pixel and Events API where suitable for better coverage, with delivery checks and deduplication, plus campaign data with your permission.

Snapchat

Checking Snap Pixel, Conversions API, site events and campaign results when access is available.

LinkedIn, Pinterest and others

It depends on the sector and goals; LinkedIn suits some B2B companies, while priorities differ for those selling directly to consumers.

The general ruleThe best tracking setup is not the one with the most pixels, but the one that measures the important events accurately and lawfully, with no duplication or unnecessary data collection.

How does improving your footprint affect ad results?

1. Better trust

A customer sees the ad, then searches your name. Conflicting information or a wrong number makes them hesitate; consistent, clear information builds trust.

2. A smoother step from the ad

The ad promises a service but the page does not explain it or lacks clear contact. Fixing this can raise the move to an enquiry.

3. Fewer lost customers

A wrong link, number or form loses enquiries even when the ad works. Fixing it stops the leak.

4. Data quality

Knowing the kinds of enquiries and campaign results instead of relying on clicks and views.

5. Spending decisions

Better choices on campaigns, messages, landing pages, locations, timing, conversion types and budget split.

6. Unpaid visibility

Improving the website, content and local identity can help organic discovery, with no guarantee of a first-place ranking.

What the official platform documentation says
  • Google’s smart bidding uses conversion data to optimise campaigns, so the quality of conversion signals matters.
  • TikTok: combining Pixel and Events API suitably can improve event coverage, with deduplication when the same event is sent both ways.
  • Google states that spending on search ads does not directly raise organic results ranking.

That is why we do not say “we double your ad results”. We find what may weaken them, and what can be improved and measured.

6Our commitment: what we promise and what we never do

We keep your trust by being clear about our limits. These are promises we never make:

  1. We do not guarantee doubling customers after fixing a Pixel.
  2. We do not guarantee a first-place Google ranking.
  3. We do not claim to control platform algorithms.
  4. We do not treat a Pixel as proof of an ad campaign.
  5. We do not treat a missing Pixel as a flaw in every type of campaign.
  6. We do not infer a competitor’s sales or spend without reliable sources.
  7. We do not call an account an impersonation without evidence and proper checks.
  8. We do not treat an old number as a former employee’s without your confirmation.
  9. We do not claim all data can be collected from the public internet.
  10. We do not confuse better conversion recording with more real conversions.
  11. We do not treat every enquiry as a qualified customer or a sale.
  12. We do not promise the same results to every client; they depend on sector, offer, competition, budget and execution.
Our real promiseEvidence-based research and analysis that reveal the reality, the problems and the opportunities, with recommendations you can act on and measure wherever data allows.

In short

For a new business

Build your digital presence on purpose from the start, choose priorities, understand the market and competitors, and set up tracking before spending.

For an existing business

Discover what you cannot see about your business online: outdated, wrong and conflicting information, accounts, branches and links, weak visibility, tracking and contact, and missed opportunities.

For those who spend on ads

Tell the difference between merely running an ad and owning a system that measures and improves results. Execution may raise enquiries, improve their quality or lower customer cost, but this must be proven by real measurement and cannot be guaranteed.

“We do not stop at making you appear online; we help you learn how you appear, what customers find about you, where opportunities are lost, what needs correcting or developing, and how to measure the effect of improvement.”

Frequently asked questions

What is a digital footprint report?

A study that connects your identity, the information published about you, search and map visibility, accounts, reputation, competitors, ads and tracking, so you know where you stand, what holds you back, the opportunities and where to start.

Does the report guarantee more customers or a first-place Google ranking?

No. The report reveals problems and opportunities and gives measurable recommendations, but results depend on sector, offer, competition, budget and execution, and cannot be guaranteed.

My business is new and has no website or accounts. Is the report useful?

Yes. It becomes a foundation study: market, competitors, identity, suitable platforms, website and tracking before spending, and a 90-day growth plan. We do not penalise a new business because its assets are not built yet.

What does the report find for an existing business?

Old numbers or former employees’ numbers, duplicate or similar accounts, closed branches still shown, broken links and buttons, conflicts between website and platforms, weak visibility and reputation, and ad and tracking problems, with priorities set.

Do I need a Pixel for every ad?

No. It depends on the campaign: WhatsApp messages or an in-platform form do not need a website Pixel, while an online store benefits from purchase tracking. The right question: does the tracking fit the campaign goal and customer journey?

Does better tracking increase enquiries?

Not necessarily. Fixing tracking makes numbers closer to reality and may give platforms better signals, but it does not mean more real enquiries. Any rise, quality gain or cost cut must be proven by real measurement.
