Specific paid engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

4. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt it, or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend access for violations.

5. Services, quotes and engagements

Information on the website (including prices) is for general guidance and may change. A binding engagement begins only upon a written agreement or an accepted proposal.

Advertising budgets paid to platforms (such as TikTok, Meta and Google) are separate from our service fees.

6. Third-party platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as TikTok, Meta and Google. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content and use comply with the applicable platform policies and laws. We are not responsible for the platforms’ availability, decisions or changes.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its content are owned by Xposio or its licensors. Deliverables produced for a client are governed by the relevant engagement agreement. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without permission.

8. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials, accounts and information you provide, and for obtaining any necessary rights and consents for content used in campaigns.

9. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, rankings, reach or sales, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Xposio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Xposio against any claims arising from your misuse of the website or services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website for any violation of these Terms. Paid engagements terminate per the relevant agreement.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Oman.
